This was planned as a shorter driving day as we thought by this point in order to get ready for the Alaska Highway we might have to resupply or do some other shopping. As it turns out I only have a small grocery list and we can stop tomorrow on the way. Everything else is good . . . so 2 more stops in the Roadside Americana book were added to the days plan.

Dinner was some sausages from Vermont Smoke with peppers and onions. Yum!
Tomorrow we drive to Mile 0 and start the Alaska Highway . . . .the adventure really begins.
